Cancellation & Refund
1. Cancellation by the Client
– Any cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter) at least 7 days before the course starts to receive a full refund. (except for a 10% administrative fee)
– For cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the course starts, a 50% refund will be granted.
– Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course starts will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Ski Alps instructors
– The instructor reserves the right to cancel a course due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the client will be informed as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued. (except for a 10% administrative fee)
3. Reservation Modification
– Changes to the reservation (date or type of course) must be requested at least 48 hours before the course starts. Requests will be processed based on availability.
4. Insurance
– Ski Alps strongly recommended to purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
SkyAlps strongly recommends that our customers have valid accident insurance that covers skiing in all conditions, including off-piste and beyond marked routes.
Terms and Conditions
Platform Role
Skialps.ch serves as an intermediary technology provider, facilitating connections between users and various instructors. We do not directly provide any instructional services ourselves.
Limited Liability
We are not liable for the actions, quality of instruction, or conduct of any instructors or users on the platform. Any transactions or agreements are solely between users and instructors.
Instructor Verification
We ensure all our instructors meet the necessary licensing, qualification, registration, and insurance requirements before hosting them on our platform. This includes ensuring they possess the required certifications and are registered with the relevant authorities in the Canton of Valais.
Compliance Requirements
Users and instructors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to their activities on the platform.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of the platform or interactions with instructors are the responsibility of the involved parties to resolve.
